I can’t imagine trying to be fully remote without my generator. I’d be dead in that water once my laptop battery died and the kids wouldn’t be able to connect to school.

It was really gusting here about an hour ago, I’m sure some people around have lost power, but things are fine where I am.

Came home to no power on Monday, 3 hours wasn’t so terrible.  Storm this morning had me concerned about power going out again, but seems to be over and power stayed on.

My town is pretty much all off if the power company’s website is to be believed.

According to their website we have power back already, but that wa s a lie.

On Monday they restored power an hour earlier than the website estimate.  I half expected it to go out again......
